After watching Vacation Education's YouTube video on your place, we were inspired to check you out. We weren't disappointed. Your food is the absolute best. We tried the pasta carbonara. The pasta was perfect, with a hint of al dente. The alfredo sauce is just what anyone would want and more. We sampled the soups—spinach egg-drop and creamy chicken vegetable. Like the pasta, they were also perfect. Each soup was one that you might otherwise think would only be ordinary; everyone has had them or a variation of them. Each was extraordinary. The flavor comes from fresh ingredients and a unique mix of herbs and spices, not the primarily salty alternative used by most chain restaurants. For our appetizer, we had the chicken wings. This is when my wife said something she’s never said before: Wow! These wings are incredible! We tried one of the chicken parm sandwiches, The Hitman. As the video indicated, it was phenomenal—much greater in person, on the taste buds, than the look we got on YouTube. Nothing satisfies like the full experience. Vacay-J told the truth: the roll is from a local bakery (Liscio’s) and it is, indeed somehow crunchy but soft all at the same time! It’s literally … sandwich magic! * * * * * Your restaurant cannot be graded at anything less than five stars out of five. You and your crew cannot top this effort unless you do one thing: open up a fine dining establishment with a slightly expanded menu prepared by the same expert chef. For now, South Jersey will have to settle for top-notch Italian food provided at an incredible value, one that cannot be found within sixty miles of Vineland

It was a small place. Good for to-go but welcome to dine in and watch the games. They have 3 big TVs. Food might take long up to an 1 hour but worth the wait. We waited about 40 minutes. We got Gnocchi Tuscana, Wings on Magnolia, and Chicken Man sandwich.

Do yourself a favor and eat at The Bite! Great food! Great people! We ordered the Gnocchi Alforno, Gnocchi Saltimbocca, Side Chicken Cutlet. So so good! You have yourselves a customer for life. See you soon. And Thank you, Gabby.

The food was A-MAZING!, portion size was more than enough and the girls working were sweet. It is basically a self-serve atmosphere. Most people were just doing take out, but we took a table. It was nice to eat super delicious food, watch TV and relax. DEFINITELY recommend and we will be repeat customers.

Super delicious chicken parm and plentiful. Service was exceptional. It’s mainly a take out spot, but you do have the option to eat your take out inside.

This place is definitely a hidden gem! First of all the owner was the nicest person I've met in a while. He checked on us multiple times and really made the place feel like we were visiting family. The sandwiches are HUGE! Filled to the brim and enough to take home left overs. The chicken Parm was enough to feed all of us and the sauce was delicious. The wings were jumbo and the secret sauce was . We will absolutely be back. Please do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You won't be disappointed!!

A Perfect Dining Experience! I had an amazing meal at Bite! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were generous, leaving me completely satisfied. On top of that, the prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality and quantity of the food. So glad to have a quality place to eat here in Vineland. So many other places have taken shortcuts with small portions, cheap and flavorless ingredients with expensive and subpar food. But not at the Bite! They obviously understand the importance of quality food, nice portions and reasonably priced items. And with that they will Thrive for many years to come! The experience was so good that I honestly wouldn’t change a thing. The Bite has truly nailed it. My new go to place! Highly recommended!
